This award is for Malaysian or non-Malaysian citizens who have obtained in the final semester at least a Pass with Honors with a final CGPA of 3.50 or pass at least grade B for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). The candidate also has completed the program of study within the minimum period prescribed for his program, unless he has been approved for withdrawal from any semesters not included in the period of studies by the university, and has leadership qualities and is active in sports, associations, and community services and arts.
