(1)  Bachelor’s Degree Graduands will be given the following items during the Collection of Academic Attire Sessions:

(i) Two (2) invitation cards
(ii) Name slip
(iii) One car sticker
(iv) A graduand smart card

Smart Card

(a) Graduands must bring the smart card to the convocation session.

(b) The smart card is to facilitate the arrangement of graduands during the procession. It will also be used for  announce and display the graduands name on the screen.

(c) The card should be returned to the University once it has been used.

(d) A fine of RM15.00 will be charged for any damage (except for technical problems) or loss of the card. Therefore, please ensure the card is kept properly, as it contains the graduand 's information.

Guest Invitation Card

(a) Admission into the Hall is strictly by invitation.

(b) Lost or misplaced invitation cards will not be replaced.

(c) Children below 12  years of age are not allowed into the Hall during the convocation ceremony.
